I was hoping to see articles from ABC Utah and Last American Vagabond when I woke up this morning. I was interviewed by both yesterday. Perhaps later in the day.

I invited GoEl to be on my podcast this morning at 9 am. So far he is a no show. I hope he is OK.

In the disappointment of today's Hamblin ruling, where a lifelong predator received bail, it is important for survivors to see those of us who fight on their behalf model strength and resolute determination. The fight will continue, no matter what happens in the Hamblin case.

There is no way that he doesn't have recent victims who fall within the statute of limitations. Pedophiles don't stop raping children until they die. That's an observation, not a recommendation. We'll find those survivors and bring them to their day in court.

I've been doing this for 22 years. The Ls far exceed the Ws, but it takes one breakthrough to put a guy like Hamblin under the prison. We've likely got hundreds of opportunities out there to put him down, because he's been doing this for at least 40 years.

I was interviewed by two journalists today and I am curious to see how they report this story.

GoEl at IRA wrote up a great summary of the hearing.

Two of the activists who attended the protest and stayed for the hearing shared photos with me. They want to remain anonymous. All told twelve of the bravest people in Utah showed up to protest. None of the media covered either the protest or the hearing with video coverage, even though we announced a press conference at 12:30 pm.

I would love to interview anyone who watched the hearing in person or online to get your take on things.

Under Rule 4-401.02 of the Utah Rules of Judicial Administration court proceedings, including electronic proceedings, may not be recorded, photographed, or transmitted to other devices. A failure to comply with this prohibition may be treated as contempt of court, punishable by a fine or time in jail.

I sent out a press release for a $100 and was denied.

I also contacted Adam Herbets, but he did not respond.

Here is the podcast I recorded today hoping to be allowed to listen on either the audio or video. But it is now 3:05 pm and I was NOT granted access.

I will update this post for the next few days with any reports that show up online.
