BREAKING 🌎 Mandy Bachman ARRESTED 🌎 First Degree FELONY Kidnapping Charge with No Bail

Mandy was arrested today.
David Heier, court appointed attorney to defend her said she was picked up on a warrant for a case in Vernal. They weren’t expecting her to be arrested today. But it’s without bail.
Case # 241800404 out of Vernal. Judge McClellan. No court date right now. Charges are obstruction of justice.
The court ordered the probable cause statement sealed.
They are charging her with a first degree felony.
The court docket says that it’s kidnapping charge.

I spoke to Mandy on the phone. They are trying to kill her. Below are a few bullet points.
In medical at Utah County Jail - Worse than solitary confinement
Officer Bunnell from Vernal was there when they arrested her. Pointing to the warrant, he said, “This is how it goes.” And then he ran out, leaving ASAP.
Held for 36 hours - booked illegally.
They will not give her any of her medication. Not even the medication delivered last night.
She is very nauseated. They are not giving her food she can eat. They have only given her oatmeal and mash. They are also not giving her water. She has only had 2 oz of water in 36 hours. For food she has had two spoonfuls of applesauce and a few sips of milk.
Her toilet won’t flush, so if she has to vomit, she has to vomit in a toilet with pee and poop.
The officer did not have a warrant to search he purse, he did so anyway. When he found her phone, he then obtained a warrant.
There were ten officers there to arrest her. She was having a seizure and they cuffed her then just stood and watched.
The arrest warrant is sealed, so she was not shown the warrant and has not been able to view it.
They claim she was in Vernal on May 15 and July 3. She was not there either day.

Charlene Stott was in the courthouse when Mandy was brought in handcuffed, with CHAINS around her ankles.
She reports:
As I watched Mandy Bachman being led into the court in chains and the look on her face, I thought that innocents are still being sacrificed before a corrupt system. A price is paid in this world for following Christ and standing up against corruption. No one can equal Christ and his sacrifice but huge sacrifices are being made and most of us go about our everyday busy-ness as if nothing is going on. The Germans did that.......

I was interested in helping Mandy with the rally because I feel like her daughter and her friends who are languishing in jail have not been fairly treated.
In fact, they are being mistreated as they waste away in jail.
They have been denied basic rights.
And, their side of the story has not been adequately represented.
They should be presumed innocent which has not happened at all.
And what is being done to them --- their assets seized and being put in solitary confinement -- seems over the top for someone who hasn’t even had a trial yet.
I was interested in helping Mandy because I believe her story and I wanted to support her.
She is doing all that she can to get her daughter and friends out of jail and not many people know about the situation.
Mainstream media refuses to touch it, no lawyer will take on her case, no government official assists in any way. And what’s worse, there are a lot of people attacking Mandy.
This message is from a citizen who has considered the facts in Mandy’s case.
To me, this comment and other attacks I’ve heard about Mandy just seem way over the top.
Not balanced at all.
There’s no mention of how or why Mandy lost her credentials.
She was licensed in Utah for nearly 30 years as a mental health therapist.
The very credentials that people say she doesn’t have were honored and acknowledged by state leaders for many years until they started to implement anti-suicide panals which basically just tied the hands of therapists and made it nearly impossible to help people.
Mandy had an incredible record of zero suicides among her clients. She was especially good as a crisis counselor – working with people who are actively trying to kill themselves.
Naturally, as a crisis counselor, she happened to get a lot of individuals who had been trafficked and/or were victims of Satanic Ritual Abuse among her clientele.
And she found success in helping them overcome the brainwashing/grooming that they had endured and gave them hope and healing.
To hear the young women with whom Mandy has worked talk, one would recognize that she is a talented therapist.
And, the way that they all are speaking on her behalf is a testament of the love that they have for her.
But about four years ago, the Governor and the State Attorney General began coming after Mandy through the Department of Professional Licensing (DOPL).
They accused her of all kinds of silly things and were fining her for ridiculous amounts of money just to get her to stop successfully treating individuals who had been trafficked and abused.
As for the rally, it was small.
Just a few showed up.
But it seems to have been enough. That’s what I was praying for anyway….
That whoever needed to see our little protest would somehow see it – either walk by on that downtown Salt Lake City street or come across it on social media.
Brand Thornton was there with his shofar which he blew and rally-goers did a Jericho walk around the courthouse.
They prayed to Heaven for Beth Schardine, Kaitlyn Bachman, and Ty Whetton to be released.
They heard stories from several young girls close to Mandy testifying that abuse is going on in Utah, right under our noses. The sun was out, it’s wasn’t too hot.
And I think that God smiled upon our efforts to solicit his power to free Mandy’s loved ones.
And now we can add Mandy to our prayer list.
Today in court when Mandy went to appear at a hearing because she was previously charged with trying to extort Goshen city officials – what she was really doing was warning them that she wanted to go after their bond as city officials because they were derelict in their duties but they misconstrued her intention and words because they are looking for ways to silence her and get her in jail --- they arrested her right when she arrived.
However, they arrested her not for anything having to do with those existing charges but with something totally new from Vernal.
A Judge McClellan is charging Mandy with first degree felony.
When she walked out into the courtroom all handcuffed and with chains around her feet, it was quite appalling because it --- like the social media comments above – was so over the top.
They want to make a spectacle of Mandy because she is speaking up about trafficking in our own backyard – among our own city officials and our own church leaders.
I want to know what evidence they have of Mandy having done anything wrong in Vernal warranting this arrest.
I’m pretty sure there is none.
